Firstly, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our amazing staff that have worked hard throughout the year.

The solar panels we manage across England and Wales have continued to generate amazing amounts of free green electricity to be used in your homes!
In 2025 alone they have generating over a whopping 235,000,000 kwh!
That’s a 15% increase in generation compared to 2024 thanks to the amazing sunshine hours we’ve had!
With energy prices constantly increasing, at todays prices, this amount of energy would equal to over £75,200,000 worth of savings for the Landlords!
