Reset Your RCD Switches
Step 1:
Identify where your switches are located, typically our equipment is located next to or close by to your electric meter or mains fuse board. We do not require you to access the equipment we installed in your loft space.
Step 2:
Locate the Solar PV fuse board.
Step 3:
Open the front cover by pulling down from the top, the switches will be located inside the unit.
Step 4:
Once inside the fuse board you will have 2-3 blue switches depending on the model installed in your property, they should be set to the “ON” position. (like a fuse in your fusebox)
If the switches are in the “ON” position already please pull them down to the “OFF” position and wait 30 minutes before putting them back up to the “ON” position.
If the switches are in the “OFF” position please put them back up into the “ON” position.
Step 5:
Finally there should be a rotary isolator located next to the Solar PV fuse board, it should look like a yellow square with a big red circle on it. Once you have located this ensure its set to the “ON” position, if its set to the “OFF” position please rotate it until it is set to the “ON” position.
